Debbie is a certified Stott Pilates Mat Instructor.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strength and endurance throughout the body.  Pilates puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, developing strong abdominals and back muscles to help support the whole body with movement and improving coordination, agility and balance. Pilates’ consists of a variety of exercises which can be arranged so that a beginner or advanced individual can participate.  Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises
