Coaching – for all levels

Whether you are already exercising or have never had an exercise routine, Debbie can help you get started or improve upon your fitness. Your personal training program will help you have direction in the frequency of your exercise, the intensity of your exercise, how long each of your exercise sessions should be, what your exercises should consist of and how you should progress. All of this will be set based on your health history, your goals and how much time you have to put into a program. Debbie will help you set appropriate, achievable goals while helping you stay injury-free. Nutrition, resistance, flexibility as well as other areas of your life; your stressors and your sleep are also important components of these programs.

High School Cross Country and Track training programs

Debbie is well versed in the specialized needs of younger athletes.  With great attention to the individual athlete, Debbie will devise a plan to get you to the next level and help you surprise your competition at the next race!

Run/Walk Coaching

Do you feel like you are not running or walking efficiently?  Is your gait causing your body to complain?  Debbie can help by analyzing your gait and helping you modify it for greater performance and more comfort.

Cycle Coaching

Besides drills to help improve your biking skills/speed/endurance,  Debbie can assist you in learning the basics of bike maintenance and bike fitting.

Nutritional Guidance

Our nutrition plays such a big role in how our bodies function.  What we eat allows us to be healthy, sleep well, exercise well and perform at our best.  Debbie has followed a healthy nutritional program her whole life and for over a year now has followed a completely vegan diet and trying/developing a vegan lifestyle, in which she is not using any harsh chemicals in her home or on her body.
Debbie knows how difficult it can be to eat the foods that are going to give you energy and help fuel you the best.  It not only takes knowledge to know what to eat, one also needs to be encouraged and strong-willed to follow.  Knowing how to choose wisely at restaurants and knowing what to pack for lunch, what to use for snacking and what to make for all your meals should not be burdensome.
